PN 15167-2 is part of the subassembly of the HF Antenna Longwire System; it is used to provide tension to hold the long wire antenna in place. Non-insulated is used for grounded installations. This unit must be rigged at or above 125 lbs tension at all times. In the event the wire breaks, the hook will return to retracted position and eject antenna termination fitting, thus jettisoning the antenna.
